June 2: Bass Lake High School graduation ceremony, 5:45 p.m. Valedictorian speech by Juan Hashish Bo-Chen. Co-salutatorians: Jim Jimmerson and Becca Laureate. Opening address by superintendent Ham Serling

June 10: “Art and Family Fun,” 10 a.m.-5 p.m., Newlee-Tydald Park (event canceled; permit denied).

June 11: Pre-Historical Society meeting, 4-6 p.m., Bass Lake Public/Private Library, microfiche room (bring your own key).

June 19: Bass Lake Town Council meeting, 7 p.m., town hall. Agenda not quite ready.

June 20: “Lonely Middle-Aged Man Shopping Night,” various locations (or possibly only one location). If you are a male over age 50, stay near your phone for additional details.
