Ellie E. ‘Aileen’ (Elly) Eling
72, Rural Bass Lake
Ellie Eileen “Aileen” (Elly) Eling, 72, recently refused to live anymore. None of her next-of-kin like it, but nobody has control over these things.
She, 72, was born Nov. 4, 1941, to Lestra and Jackson Elly, about 45 minutes away from here, with family by her side. Her moment of death unfolded in much the same way, except the family members were different, it wasn’t nearly as close to Thanksgiving and she had advanced in age.
On March 12, 1966, she married Clyde “Husband” Eling. He survives, a fact that surprises many.
Ms./Mrs. Eling arrived just prior to U.S. involvement in World War II, but was quite unaware of it at the time.
“Aileen” enjoyed crossword puzzles, a cup of black coffee to get her day going and working admirably for 30 years at a local company that no longer exists.
Her favorite color was “purple.”
In lieu of visitation, cremation has taken place.
Memorials may be donated to the survivors, directly. But don’t trust her brother with it.
