Bass Lake School District will once again offer a summer meal program. The program will run from the first day of summer (break) which is May 31, til the last day of summer (vacation) which will be the day(s) prior to the beginning of the 2016-2017 school year.
Free or reduced meals will be offered on a first come, first serve basis for the following ages: birth to seven years (free); 8 up to and including 9, 10, 11 (semi-free) 12-17 (reduced, reused) 18-35 (work permit required or proof of disability (mental, physical, situational, (real or imagined)) – non-qualifying disabilities include STDs, incarceration, summer camp, e.g. work release, visiting cousins.
Meals will be served from 8 a.m. – 9:15 a.m., on odd-numbered Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Tuesday and Thursdays will alternate. Even weeks will occur. All meals will be held at the BLE multi-purpose room on School Court near the intersection with First Second Ave.
