Feb. 7
: Ice-sculpting demonstration and snowmobile-pull, 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturday, Gerald Fjord on Bass Lake.
Feb. 14: “Be-My-Valentine Supper-Dance,” 5-8 p.m., Funky’s on the Bayou, music provided by Lovey Howell The Third; fundraiser for Bass Lake Schools, and to help pay for damage from pre-Thanksgiving fire 2014.
Feb. 21: Chili/soup supper, 5-7 p.m., St. Methodist Catholic Church; sponsored by Bass Lake Area Town & Country Club.
Feb. 22: “Public Debate For Fun” (rescheduled from January): Al Schwartz (Bass Lake poet laureate) vs. Peppy Schlitz (occasional resident), 4-4:45 p.m., Bass Lake Inn/Convenience; $1; free tourism pamphlets and piano-raffle.
Feb. 23: Meatball-surplus giveaway, Bass Lake Elementary School, 4-5 p.m.; bring your own container.
Feb. 29: Doesn’t exist this year.
