A resident called at 2:45 am to complain about a barking dog. An officer arrived at the scene and found the caller on his porch with a machete. The officer reported that the man was “hopped up” on something and had forgotten that he had Pink Floyd Animals repeating on his home stereo. The man “passed out” in his chair during the interview with police. No arrests were made.
