Several Bass Lake Town Council members plan to attend a state economic summit in the spring at the state Capitol.

Carolyn Shee (vice president), M. Adam Bradbury, Reggie Jones, Betty Crocker (no relation) and Olden A. Goodway are scheduled to take part. Other Bass Lake officials, including the mayor, are unable to attend, for various reasons.

The focus of the summit is economic in nature, according to a press release. 

“I can’t speak for all of us, but all of us are looking forward to the summit — all of us who are attending,” Shee said in a statement.
