Recipe: Tangy lemon-mint dressing

Ingredients:

  • Half-cup Tang
  • Mint (to taste)
  • Two-fourths lemon (or lemon juice substitute)
  • Dressing of your choice, 1/2 bottle

Instructions:
Mix all ingredients. Pour over salad mix. Serves 5 1/2.
