A new Bass Lake business, Jen’s Ribbon Cutting, will hold a ribbon-cutting ceremony Friday at Jen’s Ribbon Cutting, 802 Main Street Ave., with help from the local tourism and business bureau.

Bass Lake residents are invited to go see it all take place.

The thrust of the cutting-edge venture is to provide complete ribbing-cutting services for fledgling local businesses, said owner Jennifer Sparkle.

“We will assist with all your ribbon-cutting needs,” Sparkle said.

JRC’s first ribbon-cutting for a new local business, other than its own, will take place at Karen’s Ribbon & Scissors Warehouse, uptown, “as soon as paperworks are finalized,” according to KR&SW founder Larry Karen.
