A collection of photographs of leaf rakes (and a few garden rakes) goes on display Friday at the recently-opened Galleria-Rama, 202.5-B 3rd Street in Bass Lake, upstairs and to the left of Grumpy’s Friendly Diner.

Titled “Rake-u-Mentary,” the exhibit features photography by more than one Bass Lake-area shutterbug.

Viewing hours are 5-7 p.m. Friday, 3-5 p.m. Saturday or by appointment.

Theme of the display is loosely described as “rakes.”

The exhibit continues through next weekend, or until Bass Lake leaf-pickup season ends, whichever comes first.

“It should be a good show,” said one photographer involved in the incident.
